The Manatee Band Boosters has a strong tradition of providing invaluable support to the students and directors of the Manatee High School Marching Band, Jazz Bands, Concert Bands, and Dance Team programs.

The objective of the Booster Association is to help the students via the directors in any way possible. All parents are encouraged to become as actively involved as possible with our vibrant programs through the Band and Auxiliary Booster Association.


 
 
 Some of the major areas of assistance provided by our boosters are:

1. To chaperone during various trips and functions.
            A. Security - student protection
            B. Provide needs for comfort  (drinks, etc.)
            C. First aid needs

2. To provide for extra professional instruction for the continued growth of students in all areas.

3. To review the need for new instruments and equipment and assist in securing them.

4. To assist the students in raising the funds needed to meet the above objectives and other expenses encountered such as:

            A. Uniforms
            B. Music
            C. Transportation Fees
            D. Evaluation Fees
            E. Awards
            F. Banquets
            G. Special Events
